For the past 15 years Countrybookshop has been trading from an old railway station in the Peak National Park countryside. The online shop, one of the first e-commerce sites in the country, was launched in 1997 to complement the established bricks and mortar shop and in 1999 added every title in print in the UK - over 1 million titles. Subsequently, the product range has been expanded to include 2 million US titles, discounted magazine subscriptions, music, dvds, games, software, outdoor accessories and gifts.
